For this layout, I used Vicki Boutin's premade mixed media pad.  I love that all the messy work is done for you.  I used Vicki Boutin stamps with navy ink for the flowers, along with the flower die cuts.  I stamped the flowers on backgrounds I made with watercolors on a previous day.  I punched hexagons and added a few stickers and die cuts to finish it off.

Simple Stories Vintage Great Escape

I love this collection by Simple Stories.  It's full of natural elements that make outdoorsy pages really pop.  For this one, I applied distress oxide in speckled egg with a wedge.  Then I applied distress oxide in bundled sage through a stencil on top of that.  I added some embellishments and washi tape.  Thanks for looking!

I did this one for a challenge over at A Cherry On Top.  I used three distress oxides mixed with water to apply mixed media to the top and bottom of the paper strips. I also applied some splatters with the same oxides. I used a Cricut cutfile to create the title along with Bella Blvd alphas.

Welcome to my blog!  I will be sharing all scrappy things here!

I used a cutfile from Confessions of a Paper Addict.  I love the way the stitching around the stars really adds dimension and interest.  The cut file comes the the stitching holes done for you!  I also used some Echo Park patterned papers and chipboard embellishments.  Alphas are from Bella Blvd.  I added some misting splatters and enamel dots to finish it off.  Thanks for looking!
